BLOOM Culture Team Meeting Poster Pack of Four

Invite your team to start BLOOMING together 🌻

Want to create more positive, meaningful conversations with your team — without having to come up with another staff meeting activity yourself?

The BLOOM Together Team Meeting Pack gives Early Learning leaders a simple, engaging way to bring the BLOOM Petal Habits to life with their team.

Using four beautifully designed conversation posters, you’ll guide your team through the principles of:

🌻 Be Present
💛 Love What You Do
🤝 One Team
✨ Own It

Then bring everything together with Make a Difference, where your team turns the conversation into action using the included BLOOM Commitment Cards.

Inside your pack:

• 1 x Be Present Team Conversation Poster

• 1 x Love What You Do Team Conversation Poster

• 1 x One Team Team Conversation Poster

• 1 x Own It Team Conversation Poster

• 6 x Make a Difference BLOOM Commitment Cards

Use it your way

Run the complete BLOOM discussions as an interactive 2–4 hour team session, or take your time and explore one BLOOM Principle at each of your next four staff meetings.

In fact, spreading the conversations across several meetings can give your team more time to reflect, practise and begin turning the ideas into everyday habits.

No complicated preparation. No boring training presentation.

Just meaningful conversations, shared ownership and practical actions that help your team begin to BLOOM together.

Perfect for staff meetings, professional development days, leadership days, team reset sessions or the beginning of a new year.

Because great culture isn’t created in one conversation — it BLOOMS through the little things your team chooses to do every day. 🌻
